Click on SPY North Schedule, Click on my account, Log into your account, Book a class, cancel a class you can no longer attend and/or purchase video library.
Waitlist Policy: If you are waitlisted and a spot becomes available, you will receive a text and/or email notification. Please confirm you will be attending class.
Classes that require pre-registration: You must cancel 24 hours prior to the start of class to avoid a $15 cancellation/no show fee.
Please bring a mat, block and strap for your practice.
