Emily is a full-time attorney who works with a local non-profit agency supporting survivors of domestic violence. Emily came to the practice of yoga through her work dealing with survivors of trauma. The healing benefits of yoga and the SPY community have been a lifeline for her throughout the years. Emily brings her passion for fun and music to each class because working out shouldn’t feel like a chore - it should be fun!
