Favorite Pose: Any arm balance! I enjoy challenging myself and playing with various arm balances, but my favorite is probably Eight Angle Pose.
Biography: Tara is the founder of Care Compass, an insurance agency specializing in Medicare. She is originally from Cape May, New Jersey but attended Penn State (Main-University Park) where she was a member of the Women’s Varsity Soccer Team from 2006 until 2010. Upon graduation, she moved to Blair County to pursue her career and has resided here ever since. Tara began practicing Power Yoga shortly after college and it quickly became her favorite form of exercise.
Tara is married to her high school sweetheart, Mark, and together they have a son named Trey and a daughter named Reese. In her free time, you will find her coaching her son’s soccer team or attending one of his many other activities. She and her family live in Hollidaysburg with their two dogs, Forrest and Togo.
